CO-OWN Properties And Businesses is a completely decentralized, P2P (person to person) platform that you co-own properties, assets, houses, land, vehicles, businesses with any amount you have, and share in the rent, property sales and business profit, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, for life.

The community will engage in building or buying standard but low cost houses to rent out or resell, acquire assets and businesses; and investing members share in the rent, property sales and business profit, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, for life, according to their investment in each project.

It is completely decentralized because you won’t send money to us nor to CO-OWN to invest in any project. There is no central account to send money to, to invest in any project. 

To invest, you will only send money direct to the vendor, supplier, mason, bricklayer, plumber, electrician, contractor or any

service provider that has already supplied the material or service needed for the project. Yes, CO-OWN will be driven by payment of suppliers and service providers after delivery of materials or services at the

project site, so you know that your money is actually put into the business. You can visit the project site or business site to confirm things.

For example, the community wants to build a standard but low cost three bedroom bungalow to rent out or resell and investing members share in the rent or the property sales proceeds, the Admin will post the project in the community, the materials, supplies, services and jobs required for the project as they occur daily.

Members or non members that can supply the materials , jobs or services will be asked to deliver the materials , job or service at the site.

Admin will post the cost of materials or services or jobs delivered at the site as they occur daily, the name and bank account details of the supplier of materials or service provider and other transaction details for members to invest in .

Each member will indicate interest and the amount he can invest to fund that particular cost. The first members to indicate to invest to pay for the materials or jobs delivered at the site that sum up to the total amount of that particular material cost or service cost will be the ones accepted to invest in that

particular project. The investing members will pay directly to the supplier or service provider bank account details provided. And that becomes your investment in the project to own a share of the building and become a shareholder in that particular project and share in the rent or the property sales proceeds according to your total investment in the project , plus your capital returned in the case of outright sales of the property.

When the house is fully completed and ready for renting or outright sales, the Admin will post it at the community store for sale or renting to the public or members.

The schedule containing the list of all the names of investors to the project, the return on investment for each investor, their bank account details, rent or selling price of the property will be given to the tenants or the property buyer to pay the individual investors for rent or to buy the house. 

In event of plenty investors, the tenant or buyer can utilize bulk payment platforms to pay all the investors at once with a click of the mouse.
